Release date for GT5: Prologue has been announced. It’s set for April 17th, so mark your calendar. Remember Prologue is a demo of GT5. The cost is pricey at $40. It’ll be available on the Playstation Store or you can buy the disc. If you buy the disc, it comes with a bonus behind-the-scene, HD video. GT5: Prologue will allow you to choose 60 vehicles. Online play is offered as well.

Researchers in Japan built a robot called Yuki-taro, to clear snow in the city. It eats up the snow then craps it out as bricks from the back. It’s equipped with cameras and a GPS system. It took about 7 years for researchers to design it. They hope to sell it it within 5 years at a price tag under $9,000. It’s only a matter of time before they take over the world winter season. That’s a good thing, because no one wants to break their back shoveling snow again when a blizzard hits.

Seems like Best Buy won’t be ordering anymore PS3 80gb consoles. Soon they will only have 40gb models, the one with no backwards compatibility. There’s no exact reason why, but one rumor was to make room for a ceramic white 40gb model. Either that or Sony’s gonna play nice and maybe give another price cut. HOPEFULLY.
